NWHI focuses on providing solutions to three main business issues:

1. Business and Financial Management. We provide management accounting services, systems design and consultancy, "FD" role advice and even interim management services (CEO or FD). We can provide an outsourced finance department service as required.

We also provide business rescue and turnaround services. We have experience in this area of very fast growing businesses and advising on their funding and development of management controls.

2. Corporate Expansion and Exit Planning. We provide strategic planning services, corporate finance advice typically for up to £30m deal value and introduce sale and acquisition opportunities. We work with businesses to groom them for sale and also advise on other deal types (MBO, MBI, BIMBO etc)

3. Business Risk Management. We provide advice on minimising business risks, business structuring and tax planning. We conduct feasibility assessments, prepare and critique business plans and provide tax and accounting compliance services (with the exception of audit, where we can prepare accounts and schedules ready for audit).
