5. Security. We employ commercially reasonable security methods
to protect the data that resides on our servers.
As security is so important when using the Internet to access your service,
we've incorporated a high level of protection to give you peace of mind
whenever you use our online service. Our security procedures are subject
to exhaustive testing. They are audited by an Independent Body to ensure
that we meet the highest security standards. For your reassurance here
are details of some of the security that we have in place:Firewalls
Our firewalls are used to prevent any unauthorised users, intruders
or hackers from accessing our network via the Internet. The Firewalls
monitor all traffic passing both into and out of our network and prevent
unauthorised information from passing through. Your security codes allow
you through our Firewalls, so you can use our online service.Encryption
All information sent between your computer and our server when you're
online with us is scrambled into a special code using 128-bit encryption.
Encryption is a way of encoding information so that it cannot be read
if it is intercepted by a third party as it travels over the Internet.
When the information arrives at the correct destination (i.e. your computer
or our server) the code is unlocked and the information can be used.
This is the most secure way of protecting the information and 128-bit
encryption is considered unbreakable with today's technology.

Timeout
For your added protection, when you are actually using the service there
is a timeout feature which will automatically disconnect you from our
computers after thirty minutes of inactivity. You would then need to
go through the full log-in procedure before you could continue. What
you can do...
There are a number of recommendations that we would make to ensure maximum
security:
1. Keep your password secret and regularly change your security details
and don't use words or codes that might be known to others.
2. If you use a shared computer remember to clear the cache after use.
For instructions contact support@nwhi.com
3. Never leave your computer unattended when it's switched on.
4. Use Anti-Virus software to protect your computer from viruses and
programs such as 'Trojan Horses' - and with new viruses constantly being
identified be sure to keep your anti-virus software regularly updated.
5. Don't accept e-mail attachments from people you don't know.
In light of the extensive security measures in place we do hope that
this puts your mind at rest. If, however, you do have any further questions
regarding the security of our online service feel free to contact our
Technical Support team at support@nwhi.com.
However, no security system is infallible. Notwithstanding any
other provision of this Policy, we cannot guarantee the security of
our servers, nor can we guarantee that the information that you supply
will not be intercepted while being transmitted to or from us over the
Internet. Furthermore, if you are an individual who is using the
Private Site under the authority of a registered customer of the Company
(for example, an employee of such a customer or an individual invited
by such a customer to use the Private Site), we cannot guarantee, and
will not be responsible or liable for, the manner in which such registered
