People

David Kipling FCA, CEO

David is a Chartered Accountant with 18 years in business, including five years as a Partner in HLB Kidsons where he specialised in strategic development and corporate finance. He formed NWHI in 1998 after leaving Kidsons.

Because of his physics and software background he specialises in advising on the software and technology sector, but also has extensive experience in the property sector where he has been very active for the past three years. He has been instrumental in the formation, development, and running of a variety of property ventures during that period. Since 2000, he has concluded over £30m of transactions and is also a private investor.

Judith Pritchard CA

Judith is a Chartered Accountant who trained at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Edinburgh. She specialises in general practice work and was a partner-designate in Houston & Co, prior to its merger with The A9 Partnership Ltd, where she held the position of director. Since leaving A9, she has held positions with Beehive Nurseries as financial controller and has provided accountancy services to a portfolio of private clients.

Judith primarily manages client compliance matters including company secretarial, accountancy and tax.

Richard Forshaw

Richard is experienced accountant who trained with Arthur Young. He has sound analytical and technical ability, is commercially aware, pro active with good inter personal skills and an advanced knowledge of I.T. systems (in particular Tetra financials) and their effectiveness within an organisation. He has held financial controller positions at Fin Cairn Holdings, The Rolland Group, Kalamazoo and has also held positions at MacDonald Hotels and Muir Construction.

Richard primarily provides management accountancy support to our clients.

Paula Kipling ACA

Paula is a Chartered Accountants who trained with BDO Binder Hamlyn in Manchester. She also specialises in general practice and held manager positions with BDO and Kidsons.

Paula primarily manages client payroll and PAYE matters as well as other general practice support
