NWHI is a firm of Chartered Accountants that specialises in (a) property related businesses and (b) providing development support and services to fast growing early stage businesses.

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants with many differences. We don't do audits. We don't charge exorbitant hourly rates. We expect our clients to be demanding and to rely on us, and aim never to disappoint. We only use qualified staff, with real experience in senior management positions. We have hands-on experience in dealing with the problems facing business start-ups, high growth situations or distress situations. We really are proactive - we don't over-promise. We initiate ideas and opportunities for our clients. We are commercial and choose who we work with. We don't surprise our clients with fee notes. We can take equity in lieu of fees. We have strong business networks and actually use them to leverage advantage for our clients. We have a wide perspective and have many active relationships outside Scotland and internationally.

In the property arena, we are experienced in property development (residential, commercial, mixed use, land etc) and are active in assisting our clients with deal structuring advice, fund-raising (equity, mezzanine and debt), project management support and budgetary control support. We act internationally in this area and have advised on deals in Estonia, Germany, Cyprus, Dubai, China and a number of other jurisdictions.

For rapidly expanding businesses, we provide solutions ranging from business structuring and tax advice, development of financial controls, computer systems development, business strategy and business planning to provision of interim management, fund-raising services and introduction of sale or acquisition opportunities.
